ZPM Cylinder polishing machine Ø 0,13 - 2,00 mm

The automatic cylinder calibration machine ZPM is used for machining tungsten carbide drawing dies in the smaller boring diameter range 0.13 to 2.00 mm.

By rotation and oscillation, the cylinder is incorporated and simultaneously polished. Using special calibration wires, dies can be manufactured with an accuracy of up to +/- 0.001 mm.

In combination with the calibration needles we manufacture, you can process up to 100 dies of the same diameter with just one sizing needle. Special needle holders are used to tighten the needle.
