USR-E2 - Ultrasonic cleaning device

Ultrasonic cleaning of dies by two ultrasonic sonotrodes. The die runs over a magazine into the machine and is automatically cleaned and dried with air. As an option it is also possible to clean even the die casing outside with a third ultrasonic sonotrode.

• Super fast Integrated die drying system by air between 1 - 10 seconds
• Unit stops automatically in case of: to less water, water temperature to low, no more dies in magazine
