US-C Bremer - Ultrasonic Working Automat Ø 0,10 - 2,00 mm
It is possible to machine with the ultrasonic die working machine US-C Bremer all conical areas in dies made of PCD or natural diamond. The diameter range is: 0.1 - 2.0 mm (500 Watt Generator)/0.1 - 8.0 mm (800 Watt Generator). With this machine the repair of dies and production of new dies is possible. The drop down of the dies and the regrind of the needle will be done automatically.
With the touch display (Siemens) the cycle and grind time is adjustable. As an option the machine can be equipped with a swiveling-table to round pass. The drill needle usable length is 80 mm. In this connection the frequency of the generator always adjusted.
