As of September 1, 2016, the new owner of Willi Bremer GmbH will be ASSIT Hartmetallwerk GmbH (Thomas Biemer, Martin Katzer and Andreas Richter).

After the successful participation at the TOHO-Exhibition in Tokyo 2013, the company Bremer also participated at the WIRE & Tube Sao Paulo in Brazi
